1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the WingmateAI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
WingmateAI is a mobile application that provides:
- AI-powered generation of pickup lines and conversation starters
- A curated library of pickup lines organized by category
- Ability to save and manage favorite pickup lines
- Premium subscription features for enhanced functionality
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years of age to use WingmateAI. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4. User Account and Registration
While WingmateAI may not require traditional account creation, your use of the App is tied to your Apple ID for subscription and data sync purposes. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your Apple ID
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
5. Subscription and Payment Terms
5.1 Free and Premium Tiers
WingmateAI offers both free and premium subscription options. Free users have access to limited features and may see advertisements. Premium subscribers enjoy additional AI generations and an ad-free experience.
5.2 Subscription Plans
Premium subscriptions are available in the following billing cycles:
- Weekly
- Monthly
- Yearly
5.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
5.4 Managing Subscriptions
You can manage and cancel your subscription through your iPhone's Settings app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5.5 Refunds
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be made through Apple's refund process. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.
5.6 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscribers until their next renewal period.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Generate content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory
- Attempt to harass, harm, or intimidate any person
- Use the App to spam or send unsolicited messages
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
- Use automated systems or bots to access the App
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Share or distribute inappropriate or offensive content
- Attempt to bypass any usage limitations or restrictions
7. AI-Generated Content
7.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy
Content generated by AI is provided "as is" without any guarantees of accuracy, appropriateness, or success. The AI may occasionally generate unexpected or inappropriate content.
7.2 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use the AI-generated content. We do not endorse or guarantee the effectiveness of any pickup lines or conversation starters.
7.3 Offensive Content
While we strive to filter inappropriate content, the AI may occasionally generate offensive material. If you encounter such content, please report it to us immediately.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 Our Rights
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by WingmateAI and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 User Content
By using the App to generate content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your prompts for the purpose of generating AI responses and improving our service.
8.3 Generated Content
AI-generated pickup lines are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the generated content.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.
10. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services including:
- OpenAI for AI generation
- RevenueCat for subscription management
- Google AdMob for advertisements
- Supabase for backend services
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
11.1 No Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WINGMATEAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
11.3 Social and Relationship Outcomes
We make no guarantees about the effectiveness of pickup lines or conversation starters. We are not responsible for any social interactions, relationships, or outcomes resulting from use of the App.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WingmateAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by You
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
13.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Termination does not affect your subscription billing unless you cancel through the App Store.
14. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where WingmateAI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
17. Dispute Resolution

If you have any disputes with us, please contact us first to attempt an informal resolution.
17.2 Arbitration
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WingmateAI regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements.

21. Apple App Store Requirements
This App is available through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App must comply with the App Store Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service, the App Store Terms of Service shall prevail.
